Getting Started

Planning an advertising campaign in the Caribbean is simpler than you think with ReachCaribbean.

Step 1:
Ask yourself the following questions:

  1. What are my goals for this media campaign?
  2. Who is my target demographic?/li>
  3. Which markets are most important for me to target?
  4. What is the ideal time frame to ensure an effective campaign?
  5. What is the maximum that I can invest in this campaign?

If you can answer all of the above questions fairly easily you are ready to advertise.

Step 2:
Register online with ReachCaribbean (see Registration link on the Home page). Shortly after which one of our Sales Executives will contact you to develop a media brief.

Step 3:
The Media Team at ReachCaribbean will then turn that media brief into a Media Plan for your approval.

Step 4:
Once you are comfortable that the plan meets your advertising objectives contact your Sales Executive confirming your approval. Your payment is then required to move forward with advertisement bookings at the various Media Houses. Full payment is required in advance for all media. There are (3) payment options you can utilize:

  • Wire Transfer
  • US Bank Draft  sent via courier
  • Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS)

Payment must be received or proof that payment has been sent before any confirmed bookings can be made. 

Step 5:
Your Sales Executive will be in constant contact updating you on your campaign progress as well as notifying you of any set-backs or changes to the original plan that may have occurred.

Step 6:

Electronic and Physical Tear Sheets along with AS RUN and photo proofs (dependant on the media type) for full accountability.
